Jack Wimmer in Memoriam
Dentistry Pioneer - Holocaust Survivor - Founder
Jack Wimmer passed away peacefully early this morning while at home, with his wife Sally by his side. Mr. Wimmer was a highly respected and historically important dental industry figure, and was the founder and former president of Park Dental Research, one of the oldest dental implant and technology companies in the world.

A Holocaust survivor, Mr. Wimmer began his career by practicing dentistry in Germany. He later immigrated to the United States and opened the dental laboratory, Park Dental Labs, that would become the epicenter of the dental implant revolution in the 1950s and 1960s. He is considered one of the great pioneers of dental implants and will be remembered for his many contributions to the advancement of implant dentistry around the world. He will be laid to rest in Israel.
